The Beautiful: Part I

I could tell it was time to step out for our mid day ritual because the morning fog had begun to lift and unless we went for another trip through the clouds quickly , I may wake up and realize the reality of my surroundings, a place that I did not like to visit with any frequency for the obvious reasons.
The fly and myself made our way out the door and into what we affectionately referred to as the Hoomptee,and began our regular flight pattern across town to our favorite watering hole where we would once again acheive the correct cruizing altitude with the proper mixture of thc. and caffeine, a cocktail that we had perfected some years ago with extensive testing and research.
Parking in the rear and in through the back door where we greeted by all of the usual suspects except for one. A face that the fly had brought to my attention on more than one occasion due to the fact that he was interested in more than just the coffee she was serving, and much TO MY SURPRISE after conversing with her, we found that she too was an artist, a wandering minstrel looking for the right group of humans to express herself with. To create, the only thing that really makes any of us feel alive. To improve our contact with those forces that are unseen by the naked eye, or are untouchable by hand. To throw shapes. To communicate with one another in the manner that makes us most comfortable. Music.
